Guest Appearances

Over the years, I’ve done quite a lot of guest appearances with big bands and jazz trios all over the British Isles. For a big band guest spot, I’m happy to play clarinet and or sax in any way you want. I can play over your arrangements, or if you want I can bring my own selection for your band to play. My guest library is mainly the swing clarinet solo classics, such as the Artie Shaw Concerto, “Sing Sing Sing” and Stan Tracey’s amazing arrangement for Acker Bilk of “Stranger On The Shore”. I also carry some more modern fusion things and a couple of the charts Joe Lipman did for Charlie Parker.
